ADY began with a simple observation: modern systems fail when people actually need help. Emergencies, false reports, identity fraud, and community breakdown share the same root problem— a lack of trusted context around people, places, and actions.
Pilot
Initial pilots focus on real-world deployment—community safety, emergency coordination, and identity-anchored interactions— tested with the standards expected of first responders and security professionals. ADY Alert exists to prove our principles are real, not marketing language.
Expansion
After validation, ADY expands regionally and globally through partnerships with communities, nonprofits, and public agencies— scaling only after trust is earned, not before.

ADY operates both a for-profit leg and a nonprofit leg, intentionally and transparently. We cannot help communities if we are homeless, our families starve, or we cannot sustain operations. Sustainability is not greed, it is responsibility.
How we do NOT make money?
No subscriptions. No service fees. No selling user data. No venture capital. No lock-ins.
How we DO make money?
If ADY helps you make money, we take a small brokerage fee. If you don't make money, we don't get paid. No risk to you. No promises by us. Our actions define us.
ADY Alert is our opportunity to show the world we are serious about our mission. We are 100% self-funded. We stand on business, ethics, morals, and honesty. Our word is our bond.

We are an information company, and an information security company.

We don't sell lists. We don't hand over your data.
Most companies sell customer lists and lose control the moment they get paid. ADY does not do that—ever.
Partners reach users through ADY, not your inbox.
If a partner can provide real value, they may advertise through our applications—only to users who opt in. Partners do not receive your information. We keep control so abuse can be prevented and partnerships can end cleanly.
Why you won't see team names here
ADY is security-minded by design. Exposing individual team members publicly adds risk without benefit. We protect our people the same way we protect our users.
