ADY Alert is designed to support communities and complement public safety services—not replace them. Our focus is prevention-first coordination, responsible information sharing, and community readiness alongside existing systems (including 911).

How we engage
We work through pilots and program partnerships focused on readiness, training, coordinated communication, and validated community reporting—so agencies can receive clearer context when it matters.
We welcome engagement with emergency management and 911 stakeholders to ensure alignment, appropriate boundaries, and responsible escalation paths.

Donation Terms
Simple, clear expectations to protect donors and keep operations clean.
1) Donation processing
Donations are processed through a third-party payment processor. Your
card details are handled by the processor and are not stored by ADY.
2) No goods or services (typical charitable donation)
Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, no goods or services are
provided in exchange for your donation.
3) Refunds
If you believe a donation was made in error, contact us promptly at
Refunds@DarkEnergyInc.com Refunds may be possible depending on processor
timing and policy.
4) Restricted donations
If a donation is designated for a specific purpose or geography, we will use
reasonable efforts to honor it. If a restriction cannot be met, funds will be
applied to the closest mission-aligned use.

- Compliance: Donations must comply with applicable laws and payment processor rules.
- Receipts: Donation receipts are issued by Dark Energy Inc, our 501(c)(3) registered Non-Profit organization.
- Tax: Donors are responsible for determining deductibility in their jurisdiction. Consult a tax professional if needed.
