Terms of Service

1. Acceptance & Lawful Use

By accessing or using ADY Alert (“ADY,” “we,” “our,” or “the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.ADY is a safety-critical platform. Any use that undermines public safety, system integrity, or trust is strictly prohibited. ADY reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Identity Accuracy & LIV ID Permanence

ADY operates on a single-identity, permanent-account model (“LIV ID”).Each individual is permitted a single account for life, subject to identity verification and ongoing integrity controls, regardless of device, phone number, email address, or other identifiers.

You agree to:
Provide true, accurate, current, and complete identity information
Maintain only one account
Not create, attempt to create, or assist in creating duplicate, substitute, or replacement accounts
Not misrepresent your identity, location, status, or circumstances

Accounts are not transferable, and identity verification decisions are final. Any attempt to evade, bypass, or undermine identity controls may result in permanent exclusion from the platform.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You may not, directly or indirectly:

Submit false, misleading, exaggerated, fabricated, or malicious alerts
Use the Service for hoaxes, pranks, testing, research, or simulation without explicit prior written authorization from ADY
Impersonate another person or entity
Circumvent safeguards, monitoring, or abuse-prevention mechanisms

Use automated tools, scripts, bots, or coordinated behavior to manipulate alerts
Interfere with emergency response, public safety, or community trust

Knowingly conveying false or misleading information related to emergencies may constitute criminal conduct under applicable law, including but not limited to 18 U.S.C. § 1001 and 18 U.S.C. § 1038.

4. Emergency Reporting Disclaimer

ADY is not a replacement for 911 or local emergency services. Users are solely responsible for determining when and how to contact official emergency responders.

ADY reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to delay, suppress, restrict, annotate, or block alerts that appear false, abusive, automated, unsafe, or otherwise inconsistent with platform integrity.

5. Monitoring, Enforcement & Termination

ADY reserves the unrestricted right to:

Monitor usage and activity
Investigate suspected violations
Take enforcement action without prior notice

Enforcement actions may include:

Warning
Temporary suspension
Permanent termination
Identity-level exclusion
Referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities

Enforcement and termination decisions are final, binding, and not subject to review, appeal, or reinstatement.

6. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to create or control an account.

Minors may only access the Service through an account created and managed by a parent or legal guardian, who assumes full legal responsibility for the minor’s actions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ADY disclaims all liability for:

User-generated content
False, delayed, or suppressed alerts
Third-party response or non-response
Technical failures or service interruptions
Reliance on information provided through the Service

Use of ADY is at your own risk.

8. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Any legal action arising from or related to the Service shall be brought exclusively in state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
